“Music to set the scene,
not be the scene.”

Five artists, each scoring one part of the working day — the deep-work block, the deliberate pause, the late shift, the night out with your people, and the wind-down after. Quiet on purpose: made to make the hard hours better, not compete with them.

The deep-work block

Field Office

Quiet modern classical with electronics. Felt piano, soft synths, broken-beat downtempo — music that holds the desk steady while you disappear into the work.

OUT NOW — Last Building Lit (18 tracks) & Morning Desk (9 tracks)

14:00

The deliberate pause

Open Cairn

Patient drone music. Singing bowls, breath-paced bowed strings, deep open-hall reverb — the stop you make on purpose, halfway through.

DEBUT ALBUM — The High Pass · 12 movements · June 19

19:00

The sun goes down over Scottsdale.
The real shift is just getting started.

21:00

The late shift

sodium dreams

Streetlamp-yellow beats for the solitary late shift. Dusty drums, Rhodes, vinyl crackle — the city gone quiet and you still at it.

OUT NOW — Sodium Hours · one late night, walked end to end

23:00

The reward

Last Pour

The social one — dark instrumental neo-soul and acid jazz for the private booth where the crew comes together. Smoky Rhodes, played bass, head-nod drums. Work’s done.

DEBUT ALBUM — The Late Crowd · 14 tracks · June 26

00:00

Until morning

Tepore

Gentle warmth — felt piano, slow-breathing pads, and rooms that have just been left. Ambient for the last hour of the day, holding until first light.

Back to morning — the approach

Each artist is its own project — its own instruments, tempo range, production signature, visual identity. Where instruments recur across artists, they’re treated unmistakably differently. The label houses the artists; it doesn’t dictate them.

Together they map the arc of the work. Field Office scores the deep-work block, Open Cairn the deliberate pause, Sodium Dreams the late solitary shift, Last Pour the night you spend with your people once it’s done, and Tepore holds the last hour before sleep. Four for the grind; one for the reward.

It’s made for the ones who already know the arc takes time — that a craft is built in the unglamorous hours nobody sees, with consistent dedication and no shortcuts. We’re not here to distract you from that work. We’re here to make it something you look forward to.

Releases are deliberate and human-curated. Each track carries three time-scales of motion — a foreground the ear can rest on within eight bars, a middle ground that morphs over a minute, and a background that only reveals itself across the full track.

The catalog grows steadily, not all at once — one record at a time, the same way the day comes back around.
